I don't "believe in God"~I trust in Yahweh-Yahshua. I don't believe in a generic inoffensive PrimeMover/HigherPower; I hold to the TorahThundering/GraceGiving Ruthless Ravishing Warrior Lord Who smites the defiant, uplifts the oppressed, & in righteousness doth judge & make war, with the ultimate battle being His Torturous Murder at Gologotha Hill & His ripping the guts out of Death & Hell in His Resurrection.

I just posted this on a board where someone thought the Judgment on Sodom was in conflict with Jesus' mercy...Who do you think was telling Abraham that He was going to destroy Sodom & Gomorrah? The Manifestation of Yahweh Who is Jesus. (More in the Comments...)
Who do you think was telling Abraham that He was going to destroy Sodom & Gomorrah? The Manifestation of Yahweh Who is Jesus. Also, in the Gospels, Jesus talks several times about the Judgment upon Sodom, compares it to future judgments, and does not flinch or suggest any disapproval about it. Finally, Jesus also decrees doom upon apostate Jerusalem for her rejection of His & His Church. He weeps & beseeches her to repent, but He still decrees her doom if she does not, and she did not.Yahweh is not only ruthless without grace, nor is Jesus only gracious without wrath. They are One God.

John says Death & the PrisonHole/Hades are cast into the Lake of Fire, with all therein not in the Book of Life. Paul says that Christ will reign until finally He ends Death & God becomes All in All. It's the same thing-the Dark Hold of the Dead is pulled inside out/enveloped in the Blazing Love & Justice of Christ- Joy to those who cling in trust to Him & Terror to those who reject & despise Him.
Rev 20:13-14 The Sea gave up its dead, as did Death and the Hole- all were judged by their works. And Death and the Hole were cast into the Lake of Fire, the Second Death, as were all not found in the Lamb's Book of Life.I Cor 15:25,26,28 Christ must reign until He has subdued everything and the last enemy He will destroy is Death...Then when He had conquered all things He will concede to the Father that God may be All in All.

The man may be wrong about a lot but when the man's right, he's right. Now pray for him that he may realize where he is wrong and start doing right.
